Easy to make and delicious, breakfast treat or midday snack.
- a handful of almonds
- cup of water
- tablespoon of honey
- a handful of hazelnuts
- tablespoon of raw cacao powder or carob powder
Soak almonds overnight to break down the phytates and make them more digestible.
Next day rinse and blend almonds with a cup of fresh water, then add avocado, banana, a spoon of honey, handful of hazelnuts, raw cacao powder (or carob powder) and you're done.
