what we do
Nutritional Therapy identifies the root cause of your health concerns rather than solely treating the immediate symptoms. Both physical and mental health issues, from depression to irritable bowel syndrome, can be addressed by personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes.
We work directly with our clients to build simple, quick and delicious recipes designed to nourish your whole body and address your health concerns. By using whole foods and providing you with the skills and knowledge to help strengthen your body, you will begin to feel the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle.
Our Nutritional Therapists offer a range of services as well as personal consultations and are available for travel. See more below.
A healthy lifestyle can help alleviate and support a wide range of illnesses. Our Nutritional Therapists are based across the country, building realistic lifestyle plans for clients to implement.

What to expect during your consultation
Before your Initial Consultation you will receive a pre-consultation questionnaire which you will be asked to fill in and return.
Your Initial Consultation (60 mins), will attempt to find the root cause of your health issues, through a series of questions regarding the various systems of the body. i.e. cardiovascular system (High cholesterol/ high BP), endocrine system (under-active thyroid, diabetes type II) etc.
We will then agree on a personal nutritional plan, which will take into account your personal preferences, work life, home life and social life.
Your plan will consist of some dietary adjustments, increased nutrient intake and perhaps some vitamin and mineral supplements to support the systems of the body under pressure.
Your Follow-up Consultation (30-45 mins) scheduled 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation will examine the successes/challenges experienced during that time. Adjustments can be made to your nutritional plan to ensure the plan is working for you.
Food Intolerance Testing
Food intolerance tests are available in all locations. We are all registered with LORISIAN Laboratory testing services and offer a food intolerance testing service in conjunction with a personal consultation or on their own.
Many symptoms can be linked to food intolerance, including:
Abdominal Pain | Acne | Bloating | Constipation | Chronic Fatigue Syndrome | Diarrhoea | Eczema | Fatigue | Irritable Bowel Syndrome | Itching | Fluid Retention | Headaches | Migraine | Nausea | Rashes | Rhinitis | Sinusitis | Stomach Cramps | Tension | Tiredness | Uritcaria | Weight Loss/Weight Gain
LORISIAN Food Intolerance Tests analyse your blood sample for food specific IgG antibody reactions. You will discover the foods you are reacting to which should then be eliminated from your diet
