Healthy Ever After Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy straight away or have it on the go.
